В настоящее время в России данные о распространенности и заболеваемости инсулиномой отсутствуют. Опубликованные мировые данные по эпидемиологии опухоли в значительной степени вариабельны. Таким образом, актуально проведение систематизации информации относительно распространенности и заболеваемости инсулиномой в мире, в том числе в России.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ. Оценить распространенность и заболеваемость инсулиномой в мире.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАДАЧИ</title><p>ЗАДАЧИ</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Для реализации Задачи 1 проводился анализ зарубежных и российских статей, опубликованных в базах PubMed и eLIBRARY.RU в период с 1927 г. до 01.06.2023 г., включающих следующие ключевые слова: «Insulinoma», «Epidemiology», «Frequency», «Incidence», «Nationwide», «Database». На основании полученных результатов проводился анализ распространенности и заболеваемости инсулиномой в мире и в России. Для реализации Задачи 2 проведен анализ историй болезни пациентов и электронной базы данных ГНЦ РФ ФГБУ «НМИЦ эндокринологии» Минздрава России.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. На основании данных о распространенности и заболеваемости инсулиномой в отдельных странах рассчитаны эти показатели для мировой популяции в целом, которые составили в среднем 16,4 на 1 млн населения и 0,9 на 1 млн населения в год соответственно. В России, при экстраполяции мировых данных, число больных с инсулиномой может составлять 1066–2362, а ежегодно диагностироваться 72–173 новых случая (11,5 на 1 млн населения и 0,9 на 1 млн населения в год соответственно). Наибольшее количество пациентов с инсулиномой в России зафиксировано в ГНЦ РФ ФГБУ «НМИЦ эндокринологии» Минздрава России, составив 275 случаев за период 2006–2022 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. В РФ актуально создание регистра пациентов с инсулиномой на основании существующей электронной базы данных ГНЦ РФ ФГБУ «НМИЦ эндокринологии» Минздрава России с целью получения точной информации о текущих потребностях больных инсулиномой в медицинской помощи и лекарственном обеспечении, а также для проведения полноценных научных исследований.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>BACKGROUND</title><p>BACKGROUND: Currently, there are no data on the prevalence and incidence of insulinoma in Russia. The published world data on the epidemiology of the tumor are largely variable. Thus, it is important to systematize information on the prevalence and incidence of insulinoma in the world, including in Russia. AIM: To assess the prevalence and incidence of insulinoma in the world.</p></sec><sec><title>TASKS</title><p>TASKS </p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: To implement Task 1, an analysis of foreign and Russian articles published in the PubMed and eLIBRARY.RU databases from 1927 was carried out until June 1, 2023, including the following keywords: «Insulinoma», «Epidemiology», «Frequency», «Incidence», «Nationwide», «Database». Based on the obtained results, an analysis of the prevalence and incidence of insulinoma in the world and in Russia was made. To implement Task 2, the analysis of patient records and the electronic database of the Endocrinology Research Centre was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: Based on data in individual countries the prevalence and incidence of insulinoma for the world population amounted to: an average of 16.4 per 1 million population and 0.9 per 1 million population per year, respectively. If extrapolating the world data, the number of patients with insulinoma in Russia can be 1066–2362 and 72–173 new cases are diagnosed annually (11,5 per 1 million population and 0.9 per 1 million population per year, respectively). The largest number of patients with insulinoma in Russia was recorded in the Endocrinology Research Centre and amounted to 275 cases for the period 2006–2022.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION: In the Russian Federation, it is important to create a register of patients with insulinoma on the basis of the existing electronic database of the Endocrinology Research Centre in order to obtain accurate information about the current needs of patients with insulinoma in medical care and drug provision, as well as to conduct full-fledged scientific research.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инсулинома</kwd><kwd>распространенность</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>insulinoma</kwd><kwd>prevalence</kwd><kwd>incidence</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Gu W, Liu Y, Liu H, et al.
