Нефункционирующие П-НЭО часто секретируют панкреатический полипептид (ПП), хромогранин А, нейроспецифическую энолазу (НСЭ), хорионический гонадотропин (ХГ), кальцитонин, нейротензин и другие пептиды, обычно не проявляются клиническими симптомами и в связи с этим считаются нефункционирующими опухолями [2, 3, 5–7]. В этой части рекомендаций рассматриваются только функционирующие П-НЭО. Отдельно обсуждаются две группы: наиболее часто встречающиеся опухоли (инсулинома и гастринома) и другие опухоли (подробно описанные и реже встречающиеся), так называемые редкие функционирующие П-НЭО (см. таблицу) [1–4].</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Robert T.
