Abstract
The purpose of the given work became an estimation of efficiency of drainage surgery and combined preparations at treatment secondary newvascular the complicated diabetic glaucoma at patients with a diabetes militus (DM). Material and methods. Results of 46 operations and 34 cases of conservative therapy by the combined preparations at patients with a diabetic glaucoma and a DM have been investigated. Results. At all patients in the postoperative period the painful syndrome has been stoped and proof reduction in intraocular pressure is received. In the early postoperative period there were following complications: gifema, cataract, reduction of depth of the forward chamber of an eye because of swelling a crystalline lens and detachment a vascular environment. In the late postoperative period “exposure” of a drainage tube, a vascular cataract and dystrophy of cornea were observed “capture” iris. More than in half of cases high preoperative intraocular pressure it was possible to compensate at use of combined preparation Коsopt (MSD, USA). Conclusions. The diabetic glaucoma objectively exists also drainage surgery there should be “the gold standard” treatments of this pathology and its complications at patients with a DM. Combined preparation Коsopt (MSD, USA) has shown high efficiency in reduction in intraocular pressure at patients with a diabetic glaucoma and their preparations for scheduled surgical intervention.

Abstract
Foot trophic ulcer treatment in diabetic patients has significant value in amputation prophylactic. The aim of this study is to evaluate of comprehensive bandage materials employment in foot ulcer patients. Material and methods . Study includes 10 diabetic patients with neuropathic ulcers. Local treatment was conducted using bandages Urgosorb, Cellosorb MA, Urgotul SAG, Cellosorb Ag, Urgotul (Laboratories Urgo). Treatment protocol implied the extremity relief, ulcer defect processing with scalpel, antibacterial therapy in case of infection. There were estimated defect area dynamics, treatment duration, number of defects were healed during 8 weeks follo-up period. Results . Mean treatment duration before ulcer healing was 30.0 ± 9.1 days. Ulcer defects closed up in 6 of 9 patients who completed all treatment procedures. Three ulcers did not heal but defect area has shrunken up to 90,5% in compare to initial. Mean number of bandage changes during treatment was 15.4 ± 8.2. Defect surface median decreased from 113.2 (ranged 33,1 – 4013,1) mm2 to 38,4 (33,1–1351) mm2. There were no adverse effects regarding to bandages during treatment. Conclusion. In studied group of patients with foot trophic ulcer the application of bandages produced by Urgo Lab. revealed their atraumatics, good tolerance and satisfied efficiency in foot trophic ulcer treatment.

Abstract
In this article we describe a spontaneous remission of acromegaly of intraoperative bleeding, with subsequent hemorrhage into the tumor. The cases of spontaneous remission of acromegaly described in the literature have been associated mainly with hemorrhage or ischemic apoplexy pituitary adenoma without surgical intervention. Most often, both processes, especially hemorrhage are accompanied by the development of panhypopituitarism. Cases in which there was a normalization of only growth hormone isolated.
